Demos, a worldwide leader in the training industry, has published its half-year results as at June 30, 2011. Its financial statements are governed by French accounting standards and were approved by the Group’s Board of Directors on October 7, 2011.

2010 annual results: revenue + 6%, operation profit + 28%, net profit - Group share + 79%

Demos, a world leader in continuing professional training, has announced its consolidated annual revenue (unaudited) for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2010.

Meeting on Monday 4 October 2010, the Board of Directors of Demos a leading provider of continuing professional development, approved the financial statements for the six months to 30 June 2010.

Demos is announcing it has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with American Express Carte France which gives all businesses belonging to the Membership Rewards programme the option of converting their points or miles into Demos training products.

Demos announces its French GAAP consolidated results for the full year 2009 : solid business levels, positive net income and greater financial resources.
