Paris, June 16th, 2009 – At 5:30 pm today, Demos convened a Combined General Meeting for its shareholders at the company's registered office, in line with the quorum conditions required under French law.

Demos invites its shareholders to attend the Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting that will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at Demos headquarters.

In accordance with additional clause to the liquidity contract managed by Oddo Corporate Finance effective June 19, 2007, the following ressources have been credited to the liquidity account : €20,000 from main shareholder.
