Created in 1997, IFC-Demos (formerly Pricewaterhousecoopers Formation) is the leader in business training and consulting in New Caledonia. With a network of 30 on-site consultants, IFC-Demos holds a strong position, by offering 135 interentreprise courses covering numerous trades and general business skills. It also offers custom-designed courses, assistance and consulting:

• studies and strategy 
• project management 
• organization and quality

Located in Noumea in the Centre de Ducos tower, IFC-Demos has 5 fulltime employees and posted sales in the realm of 800 000 € in 2006. The team works alongside all the biggest economic players : Domic HS, Air Cafat, DRHFPT, Marine Nationale, Noumea Volailles, Pacifique Jardin, La Banque de Nouvelle-Calédonie, SLN, SEFP. Its activities are largely concentrated in the South Pacific region, and have involved exchanges with Australian associates over the past two years.

The goal of this action is to accelerate the growth of IFC-Demos’ activities in the New Caledonian market and, later, in the South Pacific region.

İn 2006, Demos intended to become a European group dedicated to professional training and skills management. It expects to post consolidated sales of 60 million euros in 2006 with growth of greater than 50 percent, thanks largely to its latest acquisitions.
