Having completed a Master’s in Economics at the University of Paris II Assas and at the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce, Bénédicte BAILLEUL launched her career as a teacher of Economics at a secondary school and of German within a company before becoming educator of Business Data Processing at the CCMC in 1986.
In 1990, she embarked on a lengthy career at Cegos, occupying the successive consultancy posts, followed by those of Manager of Micro-computing training, Head of Mission and Manager of Inter-company Training within the “IT and Organisation” division. In 2000, she joined the Management Committee of the Inter-company activity department as Consultant Service Manager, then as Manager of Human Resources. In 2003, she integrated the Executive Committee.
In 2006, she joined the Management Committee of Unilog IT Training (later to become Logica Training). She is in charge the Training entity, trains the team of educators and launched the training project outsourcing activity that she has been directing for almost three years now.
While the Demos group pursues its policy of rapid international development and continues to enhance its Human Resources services, Bénédicte BAILLEUL has the task of managing and developing the entity focused on training project outsourcing, otherwise known as Demos Outsourcing.

The Demos group provides International Outsourcing services with the support of its American-British subsidiary Hemsley Fraser (100% takeover by the Demos group last April). It aspires to foster this activity which meets its customer’s requirements by combining training expertise with its outsourcing mastery.
